Q: How and when will I get paid?

Q: How do I use the e-calendar invitation I get by email to accept an appointment from MINT?

There are three ways to accept an appointment using this email invitation: In the email itself, scroll down until you see “Going?” Then click the link for “YES” or “NO.” Or, open the calendar app you have synced to your email address on your computer or phone, then open the appointment invitation shown on your calendar, and click “ACCEPT” or “DECLINE.” If you already use Google Calendar, your email will look a little different, and you can click “YES” or “NO” in the top part of the email message.

Q: What should I do if an emergency occurs and I need to cancel an appointment I have already accepted?

Clients and LEP persons are counting on you, so once you accept an appointment, we expect you to keep it—that is the core of MINT’s commitment to service and empowerment. We understand that on rare occasions, an emergency can keep you from being able to fulfill your commitment. As soon as you realize that you cannot make it to an appointment you have accepted, do two things: 1) go back to the email calendar invitation and click “NO” or “DECLINE.” Then, call us at 651-764-MINT (6468). If you call us after-hours, please leave a message.

Q: What should I do if I am running late to an appointment or cannot find the address?

We’re here for you! If you get caught in traffic, can’t find the suite number, the Limited English Proficiency (LEP) person isn’t there, or you have any other issues, text us right away so we can help: 651-764-MINT(6468).

Q: What are your office hours?

We are available to meet your language service needs and receive service requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! Hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are available over the phone, by email, and by fax at all other times.
